1Coast is operated by Blake Daniels, a licensed independent insurance broker. This policy explains what we collect through 1coastlife.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you complete a form on this site, you provide your name, date of birth, ZIP code, phone number, email address, and answers about your coverage needs. Depending on the form, that includes general health information, such as whether you use tobacco or have been treated for certain conditions.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site.

Why we collect it

Your contact details and coverage answers are used to prepare insurance quotes and to contact you about them. Health information is used only to determine which carriers and products you are likely to qualify for. Insurance pricing depends on it, which is why we ask.

Who we share it with

We share your information with insurance carriers and their underwriting partners for the purpose of quoting and applying for coverage you have asked about.

Tracking on this site

This site uses the following:

• Meta Pixel. Measures whether visitors from a Facebook or Instagram ad complete a form, so we know which ads are working. It records that a form step was reached and which type of insurance page you were on. It does not receive your name, contact details, or any health information.
• Google Analytics. Aggregate traffic measurement.
• Vercel Analytics. Page performance measurement.

You can limit this tracking through your browser settings or your ad platform preferences.

Phone, text, and email contact

By submitting a form you agree that 1Coast may contact you by phone, text, or email at the number and address you provided, including with automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, or by contacting us at the address below.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet insurance recordkeeping requirements, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you. Write to 1coastlifeins@gmail.com or call (228) 357-8505 and we will handle it.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
