INCOME PROTECTION · FAMILY COVERAGE
If your paycheck stopped, theirs shouldn't.
Income protection is life insurance sized to what you earn, so the people who depend on you keep the same roof, the same school, and the same groceries. Blake Daniels at 1Coast compares plans from many of the country's top carriers to find the right amount at a payment you will not resent.
- Coverage sized to your income and the years your family still needs it

WHY AN INDEPENDENT BROKER
A licensed broker on your side of the table.
Blake Daniels is a licensed insurance broker and the founder of 1Coast. Being a broker means he works for the client, not the insurance company. He works with many of the top insurance companies all over the country, so instead of one company's sales pitch you get the whole market compared for you.
- Works for you, not the carrier
- Compares many top companies nationwide
- One person start to finish, no call centers
BEFORE YOU FILL IT OUT
The questions people ask first.
I already have coverage through work. Is that not enough?
Work coverage is a good start, but it is usually one or two times salary and it ends the day the job does. A policy you own is not tied to an employer, and Blake can size it to the gap rather than replace what you already have.
How much coverage do people usually take?
A common starting point is ten to twelve times your income, adjusted for how many years your family would still need it and what debts would come with it. Blake will walk you through the arithmetic rather than hand you a number.
Do I have to take a medical exam?
Many healthy applicants qualify with no exam at all, and those decisions often come back in days. Blake will tell you which carriers are running no-exam underwriting at the amount you are looking at.
Is the quote really free?
Yes. There is no fee for the quote or for Blake's help. Independent brokers are paid by the insurance company only if you decide to take a policy, so comparing your options costs you nothing either way.
What actually happens after I hit submit?
Blake looks over your answers, pulls quotes that fit them, and calls you from (228) 357-8505 within one business day. That is it. No drip of calls from strangers, and nothing is bought or signed on that call.
Am I committing to anything by filling this out?
No. The form starts a conversation and nothing more. You are not applying, not signing, and not obligated to buy. Plenty of people go through it, see the numbers, and decide the timing is not right.
What if my health is not perfect?
That is exactly why it is worth talking to a broker. Carriers judge the same condition very differently, and Blake works with many of them, so the job is finding the ones that treat your history kindly rather than taking the first answer.
Still wondering something? Call Blake at (228) 357-8505. He would rather answer it now than have you guess.
Ready to see your numbers?
It is four short screens and about two minutes. You will know what this actually costs for someone your age, in your state, with your health, instead of guessing at it.
